What’s the estimated delivery time for my commission?
It depends a lot on the type of commission, how full the queue is, among other things... but it can take from a week to two months at mostIn case it’s for a special date, tell me 5 days in advance, or you can also skip the queue with Keigno+ membership
How many changes can I ask for?
In my case it’s a little different... While it hasn’t started you can request the changes you want, once it’s in process I’ll be showing you WIPs and tell you if you want me to remove, change or add something
What payment methods do you accept?
I only accept payments with PayPal through Ko-Fi, this is to make a 100% safe and reliable payment method for both of us
I lost the files of my commission, can I have a back up?
If this is your case, I'm sorry this happened to you... but absobloodylutely, you can ask me to back up your commission with KeignoCare for 1 yearIn case you have Keigno+, it’s 5 years
I commissioned you a skin a while ago, how much would it cost if I order a variant now?
Well, as long as you have paid for the main skin and don't request an update for it, it would only cost you £4.00 GBPIf you want an update, it would be like commissioning again for the first time
